My Poor Chin!

Last week, I tumped out of my chair at a Mexican restaurant where Aunt Heather, Momma and I were eating. I hit my chin on the tile floor and popped it right open! It hurt a lot!! I was very brave, though. We had to go to the Children's Hospital emergency room, and I got seven stitches in my chin. I sat very still while the man sewed the stitches. My face is also a little red from having a band-aid on a lot. Momma tried to get a picture of my chin, and this is the best one she got ... Definitely not the most flattering picture though!

My First Dental Check-Up

Momma and I went to visit Dr. Hazouri this morning. Momma had a very good check-up. I was able to sit in the big chair, and I was so good that Ms. Pam, the dental hygenist, was able to clean and floss my teeth. Dr. Hazouri checked my teeth, and he was so proud that I was so still for him. Mr. Sunshine (a.k.a. the overhead light) was so bright that I had to wear my Princess sunglasses.

After the dentist, Momma and I went to The Galleria for a Happy Meal lunch and a carousel ride. I love the carousel! I rode the frog today.

Sunday Fun

Last Sunday we had a fun afternoon. We went for a walk and Momma and Dadda pulled me in my wagon. We then drew on the driveway with sidewalk chalk. Dadda was impressed with drawings, so I included some in this blog.

Feeding More Ducks

I enjoy feeding the ducks. Dadda and I have been several times. This time Momma took me. We had a fun outing.

Super Dadda

I have Supergirl Pajamas. I call myself Super Reesie when I wear them. Dadda is a big Superman fan. Sometimes he wears his Superman shirt, and I call him Super Dadda! Momma is super too ... she just doesn't have a cool shirt like we do.

Check out my new shirt. Momma gave Ms. Eve the fabrics, and she made fun flip-flops on my shirt. She's so talented.

July 4th with the Family

The 4th of July weekend concluded with a cookout at Papa Tom and Coco's house. While Papa was cooking I hung out in the back yard with Buster the Dog.

I also spent some quality time inside coloring.


Then it was dinner time, followed up by strawberry shortcake.

I had fun trying on Papa's Auburn hat.

We all then went to go see fireworks in Helena. Even Great Grandmama came.

4th of July at the Ballpark

I went with Momma, Dadda, Heather, Keith, my teacher Miss Andrea and her daughter Madison to see a Birmingham Barons Game. It was my 1st baseball game and it was very exciting.

1st we went to the Kid's Fun Zone and played on some 'bouncy things".

We enjoyed a fun family night at the ballpark.

I got my picture taken with mascots Babe Ruff and Lilly Mays.

This is Madison and me. A nice baseball player handed her a ball after the 8th inning.

After the game we saw a great fireworks show. It was loud, but I enjoyed seeing all the pretty colors!
